Starter. These classes will offer a low impact workout. Great for beginners or for those looking to tone and work on movement and flexibility. Appropriate for any level. |

Intermediate. These classes are more challenging. If you are looking to burn fat and tone your body, make sure that you add one of these classes to your regime. Suggested for those with a moderate fitness level. |

Advanced. Looking for a good butt kicking? Feel the burn... These classes are not suggested for beginners. Appropriate for a moderate to high level of fitness. |
Intro to Pole 101 
Get a sneak peak of what pole dancing has to offer, all fitness levels are welcome. The cost of this class is $10 and will go towards your membership if you decide to join. This class has a limit of one per person.
Intro to Acro 

Act like a kid again while using a partner for balance and strength. Acrobatic Gymnastics is an ancient activity that emphasizes the combined beauty of dance and acrobatics. Gymnastics skills add excitement to the exercises. Acrobatic balances will help work on strength and flexibility. Choreography and synchronization add flare and creativity to each exercise. Acrobatic Gymnastics is fun for athletes of any age and athletic ability. This sport is a partner sport requiring athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
Bellylicious 
This amazing Belly Dance Fusion class is being taught by Phaedra, an amazing modern day bellydancer. Want to move like Shakira? Learn how to shake it while you work your midsection! Sexy Flexy 
The first half of this class works on movement and the second half is all about getting flexible. The extreme isolations used in this class will promote mobility while the PNF and other stretching techniques used will increase flexibility. Combined with strength moves on the floor this is a overall conditioning class and one of our most popular classes at Tantra. It is a slower paced class, but don't think that it's any less of a workout. Come work on your splits! You don't have to be flexible to start this class.
Lap Dance 
Using a chair for a prop you will learn a full lap dance routine to use on your partner, or just for fun. Layer up and bring some heels. Time to empower yourself and tap in to that fantasy girl. This is a great class to find your own comfortable movement and become aware of your own body.
Yoga Pole 
The pole is good for more than just spinning on! You will use it during this Yoga class for balance, to add resistance to the stretches and to increase your strength. This class will help lengthen your muscles while you increase your strength and flexibility.
Yoga Boot Camp 

Fat burning and strength training, combined with a nice long stretching component so that you can recover faster. You will spend 40 mins working every muscle in your body to burn, tone and tighten, then you spend the last 20 minutes using basic Yoga poses and stretches to relax the muscles, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.
Cardio Striptease 

This is an ongoing class designed to burn fat and build confidence. The poles will only be used as tools for stretching and strengthening on. This is a fast paced, energizing and fun class to participate in. Guaranteed to sweat!
Exotic Dance L1
You must have taken at least two Pole 101 Classes to attend this class. There are many aspects of exotic dance and this
class will put all of them together. During a "show" an exotic dancer will perform approximately 4 songs. They start fast
and end slow. You will learn components of each stage, including dance, pole and floor. Shoes with a heel for easy
pivoting are suggested for this class.
Exotic Dance L2

You must be at Pole level 303 minimum and feel very comfortable with inversions to attend this class. There are many aspects of exotic dance and this class will put all of them together. During a show an exotic dancer will perform approximately 4 songs. They start fast and end slow. You will learn components of each stage, including dance, pole and floor. There is a longer freestyle component to this class. Shoes with a heel for easy pivoting are suggested.
Ball Fit 

Get Ready to bounce! Not your typical Exercise Ball Class. This fun and challenging class will burn fat and work
your core at the same time.
Cardio Kickboxing 

The martial arts based kicks and punches involved in cardio kickboxing increase endurance and coordination, which is paramount in any fitness program. Due to the high intensity of cardio kickboxing exercise, it is possible to burn from 500 to 800 calories in 1 good workout. Not only do you get the cardio exercise benefit but you also develop increase flexibility and strength.
Pussycat Dawls 

Tantra Fitness takes chair dancing to the next level. Enhance your muscular endurance, flexibility, and grace through a fusion of strength and dance movements…. All with props (chairs, canes etc..) This class is appropriate for all levels and a great class to start with if you are afraid of “dance classes.”
Pussycat Pole 

This class is the same as our ever so popular Pussycat Dawls class, only this time your prop will be the Pole! You do not need any Pole Dance experience to take this class.
Burlesque Beauties 

Empower yourself, burn calories, and learn a sexy dance routine all at the same time. This class will really teach you how to embrace your sexy confident side.
Promiscuous Girl 


Need some moves for the dance floor? This high energy class is a fusion of Hip Hop, Street Jazz and Burlesque. This
high energy dance class is great for someone who has taken dance classes before.
Hottie Body Bootie Camp 

Prepare to sweat! This is a fantastic all over body workout with extra emphasis on creating a better booty. With a 15 station obstacle course this class is fast paced and fun.
Rebound Bootie Camp 

Prepare to sweat! This class is very similar to our Hottie Body Boot Camp but you will get some extra fat burning with
15 minutes of cardio on the Kangoo Jumps! This is a fantastic all over body workout.
Athletic Conditioning 


An athletically-based class designed to challenge your body through functional movements. Each week will focus on different principles and you can expect any combination of the following: speed, agility, power, endurance, strength, reaction time, and lots of fun!
Girlz on the Rebound 

Uses Kangoo Jumps to provide an intense aerobic workout, while improving muscle tone, tissue repair, slowing down the aging process, and aiding in a deeper and more relaxing sleep. Put the bounce back into your step and have fun doing it. If you want to lose weight, this is the class for you!
T'N'A 


Tush and Abs! Target those sexy spots with this great sculpting class. This intensive body sculpting class uses stations, plyometrics, and cardio bursts to work every part of your body including the legs, buttocks and abdominals.
Pole 101
This class will teach the basics of pole dancing. Emphasis will be placed on the upper body and core giving you the strength and confidence to move to the next level. Every move you do gives you a great stretch, creating long lean muscles. You will feel stronger, your body will begin to tone and tighten, and you will feel muscles you never knew you had. Some students will need to repeat some of this level before moving on to Pole 202.
Pole 202
Now that you have learned the basics, we will start to put the moves into sequences and routines. Now that you have some moves you can start to dance and this is when you start to burn more calories. You will safely learn a new and challenging move each class conditioning your muscles for the next level.
Pole 303
This is when it gets really fun! This is an advanced class for those who have finished the first two levels. We will learn moves that require a lot of upper and lower body strength, making it a full body workout. The pole work will include upside down and vertical maneuvers. Most students will repeat this level two to three times before moving on the Pole 404.
Pole 404
Now that you have the strength and confidence to go upside down, we’ll start learning pole trick, advanced spins and holds.
Pole 505
It’s time to get acrobatic and learn the moves that amaze!
Private Lessons
One on one private lessons can be booked anytime outside of the regular class schedule. You are welcome to request anything you like, from Pole Tricks or Lap Dance to Yoga or Personal Training. We have trained professionals in every area.
